Silicon steel coatings use light 98 or heavy 98 magnesium oxide or analytically pure light magnesium oxide as additives. The proportion of magnesium oxide in the coating is 25%. The key to the specification of magnesium oxide index values is SO4, chloride ion, and iron. There should be less ions, adjust around 0.01%. The key is used as the continuous high temperature heat treatment tempering insulating agent in the silicon steel manufacturing process, the insulating layer coating preparation agent, and the dephosphorization agent and desulfurization agent in steel.
